love it: Praia Piquinia by Christian Chaize

I fell in love with Christian Chaize's Praia Piquinia series the first time I laid eyes on it. He goes on an annual trip to this beach in Portugal and to create a series about "contemplation on time: passing, stretching, evolving, as well as standing still in a photographic image." There's something so romantic about this photographic journey and the documentation of the passing of time. While I won't be able to afford of his prints for a very very long time, I am excited to have ordered his book, Time & Tide Photographs of Praia Piquinia.
