eat it: Porchetta & Co.

I don't know how this fell off my radar but I recently went to Porchetta & Co which specializes in just one kind of sandwich. The pork shoulder is wrapped in prosciutto and then wrapped again in cured pork belly which is then roasted. Have I got your attention yet? You'll have to go try it for yourself, I promise it is much tastier than what it looks like in photo. The Trinity Bellwoods park is just a couple of streets down, bring a picnic blanket and your evening is set.
