wear it: i am not a plastic bag

I had been dying to wear this raincoat from Forever 21! It was part of their Hello Kitty collaboration, I'm not a fan of Hello Kitty but I am a fan of see through raincoats! I was stylin' but I was also super squeaky and the coat made noises everywhere I went. It fit well with my attention hogging tendencies...not. And I am telling a story here with my clothes! The birds are flying amongst the flowers when all of a sudden it started raining and they all hid underneath a plastic tarp. The end =)I'm wearing my modcloth rain boots again, can you tell I'm obsessed?!
