diy it: tulle ball hair clip

I made these tulle ball hair clips for the bachelorette weekend in Montreal. I'm obsessed with tulle, as you can see here, and here and here so naturally I wanted to make tulle hair clips for everyone to wear when we went out at night! We had a blast and we looked pretty awesome with our hair clips and boa =)
