wear it: red hot summer dress

If you're living in Toronto, I hope you survived today's heat attack. I felt like I was walking into a sauna as soon as I left the office. A hot day calls for a flowy summer dress made of cotton material. I got this cute number a couple of years ago at TNT but I thought it looked a tad too casual for work. No problemo, I grabbed a belt and cinched it at the waist to give myself a more structured look.
