wear it: hearts, stripes & dots

I love how whimsical this dress is with the stripes, hearts and polka dots. It needed a bit of a lift at the bottom so I slipped underneath my pleather skirt to give it some shape. And follow Glow on instagram, I'll be doing a series of quick diy nail art manis like this!
