diy it: Emoticon Ornament Gift Tags

Who doesn't love using emoticons to express feelings that can't be put into words? Jazz up a gift with an emoticon gift guide that doubles as an ornament the recipient can hang on their tree. 

You'll need: card stock, tissue paper, string, washi tape, white glue and a pen.
One: Cut out a circle 2" in diameter.
Two: Tape a piece of looped string to the card stock and write your message. 
Three: Pencil in the design of your emoticon.
Four: Cut out tiny square pieces of tissue paper about 2cm wide, scrunch them up and start gluing. 
Five: Keep gluing!
Six: cut out other details of the emoticon with card stock and glue it on.

I love them on my tree so much, I don't want to give them away!
