eat it: Fat Pasha

It's been awhile since I've been to a restaurant where I was truly blown away. So much so I came to Fat Pasha for two days in a row! The food was a blend of Israeli and Sephardic. The atmosphere was cozy and every dish felt like a comfort meal.

Let's talk about their hummus, I'm not the biggest hummus fan and I would only eat it at parties as an app. The smoky flavour of the hummus was so good, that could have just been my meal. My favourite by far was the cauliflower head and the chopped liver, I wanted the whole dish to myself! On the second night, we weren't able to finish our food and had to pack it up but it didn't deter us from ordering a dessert.
