buy it: Glow's October Issue

It feels like one issue goes to bed and another issue is right on it's coat tails. I'm extra thankful this week after having read this blogger's love letter to Glow. It's so wonderful to know that our readers are really loving the editorial stories we produce and it resonates with them. It  gives me that extra drive to make our next issues better and better.

In our October issue, Peter Tamlin and I went down to the Sherbourne Commons to shoot our fitness frontis. Have you been to this park? It's right next to the Corus building on Lakeshore. The water park is great on a hot summer day.

Aren't those star shaped lipstick to die for? Of course only Anna Sui would come up with something like that. The wonderful Rodney Smith styled it for us.

How delicious do those pistachio and chocolate dipped pretzels look? I couldn't stop eating them on set!

Beauty products don't always look the prettiest, so I gave Karolina Kierat the task to incorporate them to her illustration. It turned out so lovely.

Lastly I put together collages of four inspiring women which was a nice little challenge for me seeing as I haven't ventured into the world of collages in awhile.
