buy it: glow summer issue

The summer issue of Glow is out! Go pick yours up at Shoppers or a news stand. Isn't the cover so pretty with Emily Blunt? I can't wait to see her movie, 5 Year Engagement with Jason Segal. This issue I also got to work with Patrick Hruby, an illustrator in the states to put together an info graphic of ways people around the world get energy. My favourite is the nostril breathing exercise from India.
