wear it: bright like a highlighter

Two things I can't get enough of lately, fluorescent colours and garlands! My mouse shoes are so bright, I can hardly look at them! They also make my legs look tanner. I paired the look with a matching neon pink necklace and neon nails. I am out of control, I'm going to start looking like a highlighter.
